Appointments
Appointments can be arranged by telephone, email or in person. We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason, such as dealing with a patient in pain. Please be patient.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel an appointment we require, whenever possible, 24 hours notice (1 full working days notice). This avoids wasting treatment time and enables us to offer the slot to another patient or to see someone in pain. There will be a charge for each appointment broken without notice and patients who habitually break, cancel or arrive late for appointments will have their registration with the Practice terminated.
Keep us informed
If you change address, email or telephone number, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps keep our records up to date and ensures you will get our communications by email and the text messaging appointment reminders.
Recommend us
If you have any friends or relatives that may be interested in joining the practice please pass on our details.
